3. Booking, Scheduling & Access

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Residential

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: up to 50% charge

  • Same-day cancellations or no access: up to 100% charge

Commercial

  • May be governed by contract terms

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Cancelled recurring services may incur prorated adjustments

Force Majeure

Anchik’s Home may reschedule due to weather, safety, equipment failure, or natural events.


5. Pricing, Payments & Billing

Pricing may be determined by:

  • Square footage

  • Frequency

  • Cleaning level

  • Chemical needs

  • Service complexity

  • Hazard or debris level

Invoices must be paid according to specified due dates. Late invoices may incur administrative or late fees as allowed by law.

Recurring services (weekly/biweekly/monthly) bill as subscriptions unless cancelled pursuant to policy.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Remove valuables and fragile items

  • Secure pets

  • Notify of alarms or entry codes

  • Disclose hazardous materials or special circumstances

  • Maintain property conditions compatible with safe service delivery

Anchik’s Home will not move heavy furniture beyond reasonable safety limits.


7. Safety, Hazard & Refusal of Service

Anchik’s Home may refuse service in presence of:

  • Pest infestation

  • Mold

  • Bodily fluids

  • Hoarding

  • Hazardous waste

  • Violent or aggressive conditions

  • Illegal activity

Special sanitation or restoration services may require specialized contracts.


8. Power Washing & High-Pressure Services

Customer acknowledges that:

  • Surface fading, oxidation, or prior damage may become more visible after washing

  • Certain chemicals and detergents may interact with paint, vinyl, wood, or metal

  • Anchik’s Home is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing surface wear or structural issues

Customers must disclose:

  • Lead paint

  • Asbestos materials

  • Rust compromising metal structures

  • Unsealed or fragile wooden surfaces


9. Insurance & Liability

Anchik’s Home is licensed and insured for commercial and residential operations.

Liability is limited to direct damage up to the value of the relevant invoice and excludes:

  • Indirect loss

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of profits

  • Punitive damages

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.


10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Residential services include a 24-hour service satisfaction window for re-cleaning of missed areas.

Refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed.

Commercial contracts may include different service warranties as negotiated.


11. Product Sales (Candles & Goods)

All product orders are subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Processing times

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Returns & Refunds

  • Goods must be unused and returned within 14 days

  • Used or burned candles are non-refundable

  • Custom items and digital products are final sale

Transit Damages

Claims require photo evidence within 48 hours.


12. Digital Products (If Offered)

Digital guides, ebooks, journals, templates or courses:

  • Are delivered electronically

  • Are non-refundable once delivered

  • May not be shared, reproduced, or resold


13. Subcontracting & Independent Contractors

Anchik’s Home may use subcontractors or independent cleaners when needed for commercial or residential projects.

Customer agrees these parties are covered under the same safety and liability terms.


14. Intellectual Property

All:

  • Designs

  • Programs

  • Website content

  • Branding

  • Candle labels

  • Photos

  • Digital products

remain exclusive property of Anchik’s Home.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, scraping, or duplication is prohibited.


15. Privacy, Marketing & Communications

By purchasing, subscribing or booking, customer agrees to receive:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Transactional notifications

  • Promotional messages

Customer may opt-out at any time.

Anchik’s Home does not sell personal information.
